DIRECTOR
Allister brings over 20 years of experience across banking, finance, and business leadership. With a background that spans corporate banking, executive management, and entrepreneurship, he delivers strategic, tailored financial solutions to clients across all sectors.
He holds an MBA, a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Since beginning his finance broking career in 2002, Allister has held senior roles in business and corporate banking, and served as CFO and COO for a national retailer.
An experienced entrepreneur, he has successfully built, scaled, and sold multiple businesses, and led numerous successful residential and industrial property developments. Allister’s broad expertise and commercial insight enable him to deliver practical, outcome-focused advice.
He is driven by a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and helping clients achieve their financial and business goals with confidence.

Lucy Smith is a Customer Service Manager at Genmax Capital, bringing over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Lucy has built a career across leading institutions including JBWere, NAB, and Westpac.
She has held key roles as a Senior Financial Adviser, Trainer, and Compliance Specialist, giving her a well-rounded perspective on financial advice, regulatory frameworks, and client service excellence.
Lucy assists both business and personal clients with adminsitration and customer service support at Genmax Capital. Her depth of knowledge, coupled with a strong commitment to client outcomes, ensures a strategic and supportive approach to every lending need.
